Signing players in Israel is a complex process in which there is bureaucracy. Eitan Eldar explains what does the signing contract include.

• Obligations of the team – the team’s obligations to the player, including salary, taxes, medical treatments, etc.
• Obligations of the player – the player comply to some obligations also, for example: having a sportsmanlike lifestyle, arriving to training and games, behaving well, etc.
• Salary – every ingredient included in the monthly salary: Eitan Eldar says that it will include all the bonuses, travel fees, etc.
• Other clauses – like clauses that protect the player from prosecution, define compensation and cases for it, etc.
